The courses, which run over 7 weeks, give you practical strategies that really work in helping you help your super hero. There is plenty of opportunity to meet parents, who are also going through the same stresses as you, as well as have a good giggle over a cuppa and a cake.
The courses are completely free and we even offer a free creche! You get a certificate at the end as well as an invite to a celebration event at the end of the year.
