Zones of Regulation

Self-regulation is something we all continually work on whether consciously or unconsciously. This is particularly evident when we encounter situations that test our emotions. If we can spot when we are becoming less regulated, we can add in strategies to help us move our feelings and mind-set back to a more helpful place.

 

We, at Waterside, spend time practicing a number of regulation skills so we can use our emotions to help us achieve our maximum potential.
