Robots and Action Aid - can you donate?

Hello! Well what an interesting Friday it's been. Mr G was able to join some of the classes today via our lovely AV1 robot as well as be a part of the Celebration Assembly in with the entire school. Hopefully it won't be too long before he can come and visit in person!

In our sister school King's Oak, our KS3 pupils have been researching how women and girls are treated in different societies across the world. From this work, they have begun to fundraise for Action Aid - a charity which works with disadvantaged women and girls and helps empower them to have the lives they truly deserve.

As part of this work, two members of staff from King's Oak - Ms Ellis and Mrs Shields are going to do a sky dive to raise even more money for the charity - they are either very brave or daft ... or a mixture of both!

If you can donate, however small the amount, please click on the link below and help us change the life chances for women and girls around the world and in the UK.

Have a brilliant weekend :)
